The Starting Strength Method

We follow Starting Strength - a proven, science-based barbell training programme used by thousands of people worldwide to build real, lasting strength. Pedro is a Starting Strength Certified Practitioner, trained to coach these lifts safely and effectively for people of all ages.

Learn the Lifts

You start with four core barbell movements - the squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press. Each one is taught step by step, at a weight that's right for you. No experience needed.

Train, Rest, Repeat

You train two to three times per week. Between sessions your body recovers and adapts, coming back stronger each time. This is how real, sustainable progress works.

Get Stronger Every Week

With Starting Strength, the weight on the bar goes up a little each session. Clients often can't believe how quickly they progress. Aches and pains start to fade. Everyday tasks become easier.
